CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At Polar Bear Chimney Sweep, we value both our customers’ time and our team’s scheduling commitments. To help us provide timely service to all customers, we kindly ask for adequate notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

This policy helps cover reserved scheduling time, technician preparation, and travel accommodations that have been allocated for your appointment.
