SHIPPING RATES
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and applicable fees. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
Shipping rates and delivery timelines may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Order cancellations are subject to processing status and may not be possible once an order has shipped.
Orders that have already shipped may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy outlined in the Returns section.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused due to visible shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a shipping claim and resolving the issue.
If a shipment is refused for any reason other than damage, the order will be refunded minus all applicable shipping and handling charges. For orders that qualified for free or discounted shipping, both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, contact us immediately to request an address correction.
Additional fees may apply for address changes after an order has been processed or shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery, returned packages, or additional carrier charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned shipments caused by incorrect address information.
